Due to high demand from meat lovers, we carefully sourced the famous Iberico Pork to your table.
Iberico Pork comes from the distinctive Black Iberian Pig. Native to areas of Portugal and central and southern Spain with rich acorns and vast natural forests in these areas, this speical environment gives the pork a marbling texture just as the wagyu.
Once cooked, the meat gives succulent and tender, outstanding sweet, buttery, rich and nutty flavour. You will know you are onto something special from the first bite.
The meat will come as frozen if you are not in our same day delivery range within M25 London.
