Delivery Information
All delivery drivers will follow the advice provided by the UK government and Public Health England to keep contact to a minimum. When your delivery arrives, the driver will carefully place your shopping at your door before knocking and stepping back. All deliveries will be bagged or boxed to make it easier for you to move them inside.

We don’t proceed orders at weekends or bank holidays.
Couriers deliver Monday to Saturday, 9am – 8pm.

Fresh products (veg and fruits)
We now deliver fresh produces to all UK postcodes.
We source the best fresh available produces daily, to guarantee the quality and freshness, some orders may take up to three working days to be delivered due to extra sourcing time. We shall notify you if the order will take longer than 48 hours to be on its way to you.
In order to keep freshness, we use temperature controlled packaging for fresh products. Please make sure you do not miss the delivery which may affect the freshness of the products.
Bulk and group Orders: we do next day delivery for bulk and regular orders within M25, London. Please contact us for more information.
Dry Products
Dry products are delivered nationwide.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to dispatch your order. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and your order should be with you within 48 hours.
Meat
Meat is delivered with overnight delivery in temperature-controlled packages.
Meat will be packed in multilayer formed envelopes or boxes to ensure temperature is kept for up to 24 hours.
Customers will receive a delivery date confirmation email as soon as it’s proceeded. Please do not miss the delivery, we can not guarantee the product quality if delivery was missed.
