To be different from our Japanese Wagyu selection, Argentine beef gives you the tradiontal leaner texture without sacrificing the good fat factor, it is much cheaper or even cheaper than many available in the market but without sacrificing quality and taste.
Our selection are heards graze all year round over vast, open, sunny native and or permanent seed ranges within a natural, clean environment conforming the renowned extensive Pampas plains where all of green pastures or fodder crops, characterised by high protein content, ensures meat of high quality and nutritional value.
The meat will be shipped in frozen condition if you are not in our same day delivery range M25 London.
